I am offering for sale my c. 1965 Bianchi Team Issue frameset, 61cm c-c. It has the wooden plug in the bottom of the steerer tube, the headtube does not have holes for a headbadge (which the Team bikes did not have, using a decal instead). A previous owner stripped the paint off the frame, leaving it all chrome, then applied modern Bianchi decals therefore it is in need of a restoration including a rechroming of the headlugs. The frame is currently with Brian Baylis and is in the queue at his shop. Importantly, going with the frame is a $600 deposit towards refinishing. When finished in the proper celeste with the correct Bianchi decals (which Brian has) this will be a beautiful bike. Team Issue Bianchi bikes are quite rare and seldom come onto the market, especially in the taller sizes, so this represents an uncommon oppportunity for someone. I am asking $900, a very fair deal considering this includes the $600 deposit. Brian Baylis will confirm the
