Buy it! The US models came in silver with red trim, silver with black trim and metallic red with black trim.

They originally came with Huret Jubilee derailleurs. The early catalogs showed the bikes equipped with long arm Jubilee rear derailleurs but most of the 1974-75 Jubile bikes that I've seen had the short arm derailleurs.

The 1974-75 models came with Stronglight 49 cranks but I've seen a few with TA Cyclotouriste cranks too. They had Weinmann center pull brakes. The later models were Motobecane badged.

In 1976 the derailleurs switched to Suntour Cyclone with a long arm RD. They also change the cranks to Motobecane badged SR "melt forged" style with swagged on chainrings.

I have 2 of these bikes. They ride and handle very nicely. The original frames were 3 tubes butted Reynolds 531 with mystery seamed tubing forks and stays. In the late 70s the main tubes were changed to butted Vitus 172.
