That's François Urago. See:

I am continuing to make progress on my scrap heap Urago.

Urago was sourced from Guillermo, of the legendary van: http://www.cocosvariety.com/2010/01/bikes-attack-van.html The van is piled with about twice as many bikes now.

The Urago and an Allegro were buried under all that junk. We unearthed them based on my spotting one interesting drop out under the mass. They came from a guy that did a backyard clean-out job in the Valley. If not for Guillermo and his $10, this would have been bought by the scrapyard in another 5 minutes.

A few questions: Who is the fellow on the headbadge? What would be an appropriate wheel set?

Also, I updated my want list to include crank arm, pedals and wheels for this bike: http://www.cocosvariety.com/2011/02/want-list-additions.html

Thanks everybody and thanks for the warm welcome!
