Thats an old Tange Aero fork crown. Serotta also used some of them but turned them around backwards and IMHO they looked even more interesting.

They took an odd sized fork blade, so even if you wanted to use one of those crowns you would have to also track down the odd-sized matching fork blades. I'm sure there are some out there somewhere . . . good luck finding some. I saw some recent Kaisei blades that might be close enough, but I'm not positive.

Interesting to see the Fuji on the link you sent using French Nervex DuBois lugs and full Campy parts.
