[CR] $9 Aviation Security surcharge for all parcels over 16oz going to the USA

Not sure if this has been raised but it does affect our "hobby". My local post office here in Oz advised me any parcel over 463 grams gets slugged an additional $9. Curious to know if other countries have also passed on the cost imposed for new security measures by the US?
