Adding to what Rich posted

Said rim and hub labels should be read at the same time, in other words, when the "Campagnolo" or "Phil" script on the hub is "up" then the label on the rim should be at the bottom.

And wheel lacing should be assymetrical, inside spokes pulling (although I build modern wheels the opposite way to get a tiny bit better bracing angle on the drive side).
