Oh, Dean, that's a stunner, man! Thanks for posting!

Real interesting back and forth on another forum regarding the provenance of vintage bike components, does it really matter if the lugs are cast in Taiwan, and the so-called "mystique" of vintage builders like Sante, Ugo, Cino, Faliero etc.

Summary of discussion was that the mystique was in the eyes of the beholder (US Bike enthusiasts). The builders did not take themselves nearly so seriously.
