From my experience, 80% plus likelihood there will be no issue. 20% likelihood you'll come out to the garage one morning and the flange will have surrendered and broken. Much higher likelihood of failure than that if the hubs are not NOS and if there is a previous build mark. I wouldn't do it.

Yes, I had time trial wheels in the 70's that had radial bladed spokes. :-)
