Subject: [CR] Scot bike on Ebay

I spotted a bike advertised as a Raleigh Scot on Ebay and thought it looked interesting bid and won. Long trip to collect 160 mls away, however was very pleased when I inspected it.

It is a Scot made in Murray Glasgow, frame no N109, Zeus rear ends, it has Olympic rings and World Champ bands on seat tube. Stronglight Competition cottered cranks with TA rings Baylis Wiley BB Gran Sport fr and rear mechs, the rear has smooth jockey wheels Lyotard rat trap pedals Ambrosio Gran Prix stem 27" wheels, rear hub is flip flop Weinmann Vainquer 610 centre pulls, unknown levers Unicacanitor saddle It is also Continental braked, unusual for a UK bike.

Would like some info on the year of bike and components please. Should I restore it, just get it rideable or part it out?

Your comments would be appreciated.

Many thanks
