Jeff Richmond was more of a Tandem guy that a Single bike builder. He also was an early builder of those fat tired off topic bikes of which he gets little credit for(even though he supplied the self proclaimed ''Inventor'' of that Type along with Ritchey). Dale how about adding him to the CR list of US Builders? Certainly he built many more Tandems than most other builders listed there.
