So the \u201c50\u2019s Colnago\u201d outed around Thanksgiving which did not sell on ebay, but went to a private sale in the UK, was relisted and went for real money this time:

Is it a case of a \u201ctwice told lie\u201d or is there really something there? I find bikes like this very interesting so I really am curious if any real info was turned up. Any insiders in the know on this one?
It was a strange auction, as it started out with a low BIN, and looked like the seller being disappointed in the original purchase was just trying to get rid of it and break even. Then after a few day all these addendums and dropping the BIN and adding a reserve.
