Hi Brett:
I measured the following from some unlabeled steel track bars I have. There is a very professionally placed indication that reads "14" at the right side end. Presumed to be Cinelli model No. 14 bars.
Wall Thickness - 1.8mm Handle diameter - 24.2mm Clamp area diameter - 25.4 mm
