So seeing the photos of Tom's Atax handlebars makes me wonder whether or not CTA were just another "marque" from the same manufacturer? If so, what was the point? If not, who exactly were CTA? If I recall correctly, it was an abbreviation for Ça Technique Avion (or perhaps C'est...) but there must be more to it that that.
