I'm not the biggest RH person out there, but the "Rene Herse" signatures were hand painted, I believe, hence the perceived crudeness. Fork crown spears seems legit, internal cable routing, etc.

Forgive me if I'm wrong, but I don't have a good feeling about it.  I haven't seen as many RHs as some of the experts, but I'm struck by the lack of finesse that this frame shows, and the rather crude lettering.  Could it be that this is an old fake?  I'm certainly not bidding on it, although it is nearer to my size (25") than most examples.
