Am I missing the obvious or do you mean the traditional pump pegs found on the down tube as on this Flying Scot ; http://flying-scot.co.uk/page13.html and most other British machines till race specific or "lookalike" frames consigned them to the back pocket of your jersey (and from there to road kill) ?

If so - any Bluemels celluloid or plastic / AFA or similar alloy or modern Zefal plastic and alloy versions (little changed from the 60's design) will do - providing you can find the correct length....
