I have to chime in and say that sometimes a little tolerance is the appropriate course of action in these matters. Of course I have had my fair share of incidents while on my bicycle, but nowadays I try and let things slid a little more.

A short story that occurred on my motorcycle once. Guy in a truck tryst to run me off the road. I give him the finger. He follows me but I don't know it and I end up getting pistol whipped with the butt end of a 357 magnum. Really you don't know how crazy someone else can be, just a word of warning.

I would press charges to the fullest extent of the law but my ass kicking days are over.

Mark:

Sorry but I will respond openly to the list!

Just one little note on handling some people like this if you are confronted with injury!...............I have done this 3 times and it worked for me!.............After all the BS has gone down, every single time the driver pulled up to me on the drivers side! Every time they tried to intimidate me by opening their door making like they were going to come after me calling me this and that!! All 3 times I was off of my bike and kicked off my shoes very quicky! Once that door opened and the driver's leg was planted on the ground, I proceeded to go after that door and ''SLAM!" his own door onto his leg until the ''SOB!" screams bloody murder!

If any of you all end up going this rout, just make sure that you are in the right position to do him! The first go at the door has to be ''DECISIVE!''.................Sorry make that 4 times, I forgot the one time here in Holland! Never assume that they will ride off into the sunset and leave you alone!!..............If not for yourself then do it for the next cyclist!!.................For me when confronting people like this!>>>>>......It's BALLS TO THE WALLS!! ATTACK MODE 110%!!!!!!

You can let him go and perhaps do the same to other cyclist or you can make him think twice! Just my take on handling this type of a problemed child!..............Different strokes for different folks.

BC..................And the gang!!....................Holland!...........Once I threw My Holdsworth into a windshield of a van, I don't take poop from people like this!!................And yes the bike was OK!
