I'm looking at this headset on an ebay auction and asked the seller whether it was an English or French thread. His response below was that he didn't know. Could someone from the list let me know what markings on the headset would denote one or the other?
"Last night I took a closer study of the Competition headset to verify that it has French threads. My study was inconclusive. Today I will try again. So at this time I am not sure what the threads are. Can anyone suggest how I can determine if I do not have a headset of fork that I know are French? If this causes any problems, please feel free to retract your bids. I am very sorry for this confusion and will try hard to rectify it today."
