Slightly squished? It doesn't take much force to put a flat on a shell or head tube if the cups are out.

Seems like you need to find a metal worker with a brass drift, a hammer, and good judgement about how much force to use (almost any framebuilder would do).

After "drifting" the shell back into shape, if the shell is threaded, it might need a tap run in to clean up the threading.

Not such a big deal, if as you describe.
