The brakeset is one of the very light ones made just prior to or concommitantly with the SpaceLine brakes which were the lightest and last of the company's run (on brakes anyway as there is now a quite nicely made CLB seatpost available!). The "material from outer space" finish is evident, but there is no centerbolt shroud made from the soft plastic that bent up for adjustments. The reach on the brake looks to be more than SpaceLines as well. This one may have come with the Al cabling.
