This appears to be a standard Humber Sports model with the bifurcated
forks converted into a road bike. There was a similar one a couple of
months ago made into a "path" racer. The Humber lightweights from the
period did not have this fork. However, the frame doesn't have the fork
lock found on the typical Sports model. Anyway you look at it...it's a
mish-mash of parts. The bars are interesting.
