Saw one of these today. Alpine cycles/Washington DC sticker on the head tube, "C-I-D" or C.I.D on the downtube, 531 decal on seattube, no shifter or brake housing brazeons, one set of bottle bosses, rack brazeons on the seat stays.
Stir any memories? Way too small for me, as if I need another bike.
