My recollection is that the Neo Pro was a relatively cheap traning/budget racing tire, neither particularly light, particularly smooth rolling, nor particularly durable. For 15 Euros a pair (the opening price) might be a bargain for correct display tires on a 70's French bike, but I wouldn't actually want to ride them.
