I remember reading that Jim Miele passed away earlier this year. Maybe the
Canadian listmembers can shed more info, but I think Jim started importing
Italian bikes under his name, then manufactured them in Ontario. The eBay listing
may be factory overstock/liquidation, etc. from Jim's operations.
