a couple of months ago from a dealer here in Germany. Not NOS, but made 2004, i had to wait cause they didn't have my size in stock. very nice shoes indeed! I'm sure it iosn't too hard to find something similar in the US, Phil already has named some brands that make classic cycling shoes.
