[CR]144 BCD TA Triple Cranks

I recently picked up a Jack Taylor that is fitted with a TA triple crankset. It looks like the Cyclotourist but it has a larger 144 BCD. It also has crank arms that are not drilled through for the pedals but rather have closed backs (if that makes sense). Are these rare?
