Dear All,
I have recently acquired a frame that has sat in a shed for the last 40 years. The original owner's widow was able to give me some information and upon careful inspection this all appears to be accurate.
The frame is c1936. The downtube transfers read PALACE, apparently the cycle shop/works was named after Fulham Palace Road, London, SW6, UK. The seattube transfer is barely legible but the name "Hood" is visble, the old lady thought this was the shop owners surname.
Do any members know any more about this make? my research has drawn a blank so far.
many thanks
Bob Knight Thame, UK, where it's bright and sunny as I type this.
