That's got to hurt. I guess I would like to know what was discussed before the head set was put in. Like if they wanted to head tube cut and faced or did the customer asked to have it put in on the cheep. I have had people ask me to "slap" a head set in they bought mail order and was shocked I wanted to cut and face the frame and charge 50.00 to do this . Word got out he put it in him self and trashed the head set and had to buy a new one. I pass on a lot of repairs when my kook O meter is set off.
