Yes, the Cinelli mod. L saddle. Coincidentally, I just picked up an NOS one earlier today! Underside marked "UNICANITOR BREVETATA MADE IN ITALY" inside an oval outline, and above that in a smaller oval "CINELLI - MILANO"; the familiar Cinelli old style logo.

The wishbone frame is forged aluminum and stamped "cinelli (winged C logo) PATENT MADE IN ITALY" and the saddle came with a long, allen head aluminum bolt to replace the steel, single bolt on the Campagnolo Nuovo Super Record seat post, since the aluminum frame was so much thicker that a more normal steel or aluminum wire saddle frame.

The suede leather top was silver foil stamped "cinelli" (winged C logo) across the back and on the right side of the nose was silver foil stamped a large winged C logo. These saddles were OEM on the 1979 Bianchi Superleggera I got.
