That's Barry Chick I think. Quite a few of his frames around in the 1970's/80's. They were popular with the Verulam C.C. (St.Albans Hertfordshire)lads. Know nothing about him and can't remember the shop. Craft syndrome " Can't remember a flipping thing!" You need Norris on this one.
