Subject: [CR]Cyclus tooling..........Import / export update.

Hi All:

We just received a back order of Cyclus tooling: With our pending move we instructed our Supplier not to dispatch ( BACK ORDERS! )! Out of stock items! Well we were out for the day..............As normally done in the past our neighbor would receive shipments for us, so he did.............Anyway, we forgot to pass on these intructions to him as well.......Instead of sending it back we decided to keep it and try to pass it onto the list at reduced pricing. If you wish to compare, our site pricing in now much out of date, therefore these prices are no longer valid. Current site pricing is from the beginning of Renaissance cycles of Nov 99. But then again our CR offer price is a tad better than our site prices.

Basic headset tool kit: $ 98.-.................Our current Ebay pricing is $ 144.99 We now havew 30 kits available for this price, once they are gone they are gone. If in need of just a headset press we can also provide @ $ 35.-.

1 X 720009, Headset press 1 X 720012, Fork crown race intallation tool 1'' ~ 1 1/8'' 1 X 720013, Fixed cup removal tool 1'' ~ 1 1/8'' 1X 720021, Fork crown removal tool 1'' ~ 1 1/8''

Sending cost of the basic headset tool kit. S/H via Priority mail $ 69.- / Economy $ 45.-

Headset press only $ 35.-..............Ebay pricing $ 47.99 S/H via Priority mail $ 39.- / Economy $ 30.-

As many from this list may know aready we have been selling Cyclus bicycle tools for some time of which many CR members are now users of Cyclus tooling. For the last 7 years we have been trying to have the '' COUNTRY OF ORGIN '' stamped on their tooling, after INTRERBIKE we were told that Cyclus tooling will be available with the Country of orgin! Well it's now several months later and nothing is happening, they are now trying to see if the U.S trade commission will honor stickers on their tooling for the export / import to the U.S. Anyway. Well I've tried going this rout as well and it was a ''NO GO!'' ........So to say, the rough road for the direct U.S import of Cyclus will continue. We were hoping that we could import directly but this will be impossible, therefore we will not be well stocked for the U.S market. What will be availabe will be whatever we are able or have sent via the postal system. Import and sales of Cyclus will continue to be ''GREY MARKET!''

Anybody interested with our offer, do let us know...............We'll also be taking inventory of our other Cyclus tooling, from there we'll be making a CR offer soon after.
