I think bicycle classics has some of the earlier "grey" freewheels - thats the style that was on my 60's Cinelli Mod. B (which, Roman, I am in thge process of building up now also...) Earliest I recall the gold ones was 72 or so with the knuckle shreading notches for the remover, the splined hub was late 70's
