Since the Pasadena Velo Rendezvous show (October 9) is in the picnic area of a city park we can't have a full blown swapmeet. We have a "Parts Exchange" instead.

Here's the blurb: "THE PARTS EXCHANGE will be conducted in a low-key manner (just one or two boxes of material, preferably one) since we will be in a public picnic area of a city park."

This has worked out very well for the past four events. Cool and/or rare stuff at swapmeet prices. Quality instead of quantity. No pickups trucks full of junk, just some blankets covered with neat stuff.
