Nigel at http://www.campyoldy.com, in the UK, has(had) one for sale; I asked and he told me:
"Hi Robert I dont have any tech info on the mech as it is not in any catalogue-that I have seen yet. The jockey wheel centres are 90mm which is exceptionally long so it will handle just about any sprocket combo. Being late 80s it must be suitable for 7sp and that was as wide as later 8sp so can only guess at it accomodating 8 ok. It has a threaded cable adj so must have been intended for index. You will see in jpeg that it is 'related' to orig mech but has been smoothed out for another era."
