The frame looks identical to my early-mid-60s Bianchi Gran Sport, which despite the name came with a Campy Sportman cheapo rear derailleur, not Gran Sport. No tubing decal but probably cheap plain gauge. Steel rims, steel hubs, steel seatpost are all original. Decided not pro quality anywhere.

Mark Gorski points out that the headset parts are worth more than the frame. I would add the caveat that you shouldn't buy this frame for the headset even if it is complete, because this headset is not interchangeable with the nice one on the Specialissima, even though the lugs look identical. It has lower-quality materials and finish and different dimensions -- as far as I can tell it cannot be made to work for a Specialissima -- I tried.

I offered to give this bike away free to CR list members a while back and got no takers (though that offer no longer stands, I've decided to fix it up myself). It's definitely not worth the cost of shipping. And it's in much better shape than the ebay frame, with original paint and decals in good condition.
