I've had problems with information on Mondial, Mondiale, and Mondia in the past. I no longer have Mondiale listed in the guide as I suspect the place I saw it was someone butchering the spelling. I show Mondia as a Swiss company. I think I got the Mondial address from either a website or listmember. I also have a Modia in the guide with no information and I suspect it might be another case of someone mispelling the name Mondia. Any updates or corrections will be appreciated. Kim has wondered about Mondial bikes and were they were made (see http://pg.photos.yahoo.com/ph/akimbo1971/detail?.dir=5927&.dnm=64ad.jpg &.src=ph) *.*

*Lou Deeter's guide says:* *MONDIAL*: Italy. Cicli Mondial, Via Roma, 147 - 36028 ROSSANO VENETO (VI) tel. e fax (+39) 0424 540031. Since 1936.

I have seen 3 Mondial bikes, old city-type bikes, around Verona now. On two where I could read what it said on the headtube both said MILANO. The mystery continues.... I'll have to take a closer look next time at how the M is designed to see i f they are the same.
