Years ago I bought a well used frame from Oscar Juner, it was a Cavallari, one of the nicest riding frames I have ever ridden. It came with the same dropout as the Legnano, not thinking that forty years ahead it would be a "Cool Thing" to have, I filed the teeth off so I could use a normal hub and mounted a very early Campy rear Derailler, you know the one with the drilled ,ball bearing jockey wheels.
