A book on Condor has been recently published in the UK - it deals primarily with the racing side of things rather than the bikes but it does confirm the move from 90 Grays Inn Road to 144 being 1980 which is what I remember. Italia models were I think made from the 1960s through to the early 1980s. According to the book Bill Hurlow stopped working full time for Condor in 1958 but still continued to build their fancy lugged frames for them until 1968. I would expect this information to be accurate as I think the author interviewed Bill Hurlow himself. I have just done an article on Condor in Cycling Plus 177.
