I have for sale a MINT copy of Tony Oliver's book "Touring Bikes.. A Practical Guide", published in 1990 and long out of print. This hard-to-find text has several great chapters of interest to CR list members, particularly if you are interested in geometry and construction details of lugged steel frames. The chapters are as follows:

Tony Oliver was a very well-respected framebuilder in the U.K. during the late 1970s & 1980s, retiring from the trade in the early 1990s. He was known for his solid workmanship and his ability to fit small and large individuals.
