Doug, to add one more Masi sample: My Masi GC (V 55.5 = Verona, Italy, 55.5cm center to top, "6 73" on fork = June 1973) Sammontana team bike came with the same wheels you describe: Tied and soldered 32° Campagnolo Record small flange hubs that were laced 3 cross with unmarked, straight 1.8mm spokes and Martano "wing" label rims.
