When I was in high school, probably around 1960-62, a friend of mine special ordered a Carlton Franco-Suisse frameset and had it built up at the local Raleigh dealer (Marblehead Cycle & Leather, Marblehead, Mass.)
It was the snazziest bike in town. I was SOOOO jealous!
