[CR]Suntour Superbe brakes

I just took a set of levers and calipers off of a bike.

The levers have adjustment at the lever and logo'd gum hoods.

The levers say "Superbe" on the face.

The calipers say Superbe and "4700"

Anyone know the vintage ??

Are they first generation?
