I'm not sure which model Garlatti I have, but there are differences between mine and the one Michael has posted on the Wooljersey site. Mine closely resembles the Cinelli Riveria with the fancy lugwork, but it has a metal headbadge so I presume it predates Michael's. The headbadge consists of an eagle above a castle. Across the castle, it reads "Made in Italy" and above the eagle it reads "Parma". It's a nice bike and rides very nicely, but not Cinelli like. No idea what the frame material is, but I also presumed it's a step up from current Garlattis that have been offered NIB on Ebay over the past year. Mine is equipped with Campy Valentino and Universal brakes, although I couldn't say this is original equipment. As I recall, these models were offered in two color combinations, all white with lime green trim and all lime green with white trim. Mine was the lime green version with a white headtube and chrome and white bands on the seat tube. It also has chromed fork and chainstay ends. I believe my seatpost arrangement is slightly different from Michaels. All this said, I think I'd put it in the same category as the early Bottecchias and Atalas.
