Re: [CR]List meister in Chicago tomorrow....

(Example: Framebuilders:Chris Pauley)

I was in Wastyn's a few years ago and enjoyed meeting Scott (the youngest in the dynasty)and his dad Occie (?) They had a few neat older bikes up on the wall and then a dusty assortment in the basement. (Pics are up in the CR web site) Nice folks but more absorbed in surviving in a changing business climate than in vintage stuff. Not sure that they will be open on a Sunday!

Dale,

We'll need a report of where you go and what you see.

I was last at Wastyn's in the late '60's. Cinelli's were all over the place and they had a small wooden velodome in a display case.

If they have any of those old Cinelli's still in a box, would you get me a few? They shouldn't be more than a few hundred each! I want a 60cm in silver. Thanks!
