-oOo- Of course, since all of us recognized CR's ground rules when we joined, unless, for whateer reason, the Listmeister sees fit to change them, it would seem that they'll have to remain intact. However, perhaps an associated site (CR-II?) could be formed covering the years 1983 to 1993? Certainly some bikes and components made during that time must have some merit. For what it's worth, sales of some bikes and parts from that time-period would imply there is quite a bit of interest around. George George Hollenberg MD

Not that he needs it, I threw in a bid on this c. 1990 Davidson Impulse for my son, just to watch it, figuring the bike would sell for $1000+. After all, isn't Davidson a contemporary master of the flame that the KOF would/should respect?

Seems not. This 57mm bike sold, fully equipped, for <$336. And not because the wheels were sew ups.

Yes, George Hollenberg MD is right. If the 1983 date gets in the way of clear appreciation of professed core values, get rid of the date.
