... sorry :) i have some old nos NISI rims with the medallion instead of
the the decal. i always thought the extra mass of the medal offset the
ball's of the rider who used them, as oppsossed to the rotating mass of the
wheel which is perpndidcular, which went in the other direction. what do i
know !
