Yes, that sounds about right. The only difference between the 750 and 950 was tubing. The 750 used Reynolds 531; the 950 used Columbus SP (in the 60cm size; smaller frames used SL).

Of course, that implies that the Columbus "Riverniciato" decal is misapplied; it should have Reynolds 531 decals instead. A check inside the steer tube might help clarify this. Columbus steer tubes have helical rifling inside, Reynolds steer tubes don't.

If a list member buys this frame and it turns out to be Reynolds tubing, I'd gladly send a set of 531 decals to properly mark the frame.
