Ken and all update,

As noted below mine could have had Universal sidepull brakes and it was Silver.

<< All the Windsor Pros I've seen were full Campagnolo NR with Universal sidepull brakes, Unicanitor saddle, Cinelli bar and stem, colorwise I remember silver, white, red and orange. I don't recall them being made as late as 1980, but I was a little out of the loop by that time. The early ones I had solid bbs, the later one I had had the bb drilled in a circular pattern around a central hole.

Decals were blue on white reflective stickers with foil world champion bands on the seat tube. Pretty easy to fake from the sign shop if you had a good sample to copy.

I have the Columbus sticker if you need it.

Paint guns at 10 paces anyone?
