Your comments amaze me. I've owned a Campy NR fitted bike for many years and it has always provided positive, crisp shifting in all situations and continues to do so. Likewise with my other Super Record bikes. The so-called Campy mystique, not unlike the Masi I would suspect, is based more on practical reasons than some mythical lore.
