For $18, this is a colossal waste of time and, in my opinion, a misuse of the CR list. I've been burned by another CR member (for a significantly larger amount), but have elected to confine my attempts to resolve the issue to correspondence between myself, the infringing party, and Dale.
If you wish to warn the other listmembers of the misdeeds of another, go ahead and do so; but please keep the comments to the point, the editorialising to a minimum, and the ad hominem comments to yourself. I would be greatly disappointed to see the CR list turn into a forum for adolescent prattling like the iBob list.
