Yes, my Speciale Corsa from circa August 1960s has bosses for the fender on the underside of the brake bridge and the rear of the chain stay bridge. This was common on 1950s and '60s Cinellis and I think went away in the mid-late 1960s.
Anyone else have an opinion?
